Kevin Hammonds has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Kevin is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Physician Partners of America. Prior to this, they served as the Senior VP - Finance at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo), where they oversaw mergers, acquisitions, and integration, as well as the development of analytics and business models.

Before joining HOPCo, Hammonds was the Chief Financial Officer at Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, where they provided financial and compliance leadership for the musculoskeletal physician enterprise. Kevin also played a key role in the organization's rapid growth phase and implemented financial discipline and internal controls.

Their experience also includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the physician enterprise supporting the Palm Beach County market and three hospitals for Baptist Health South Florida. Kevin was responsible for physician acquisition and contracting, revenue cycle management, budgeting, decision support, clinic management, acquisitions, business intelligence, and strategy.

Hammonds previously worked as the VP Physician Enterprise at South Georgia Medical Center, where they led the growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions and ensured compliance with federal and state laws. Kevin also held various finance leadership roles at St. Vincent's Health System, including VP Finance and System Director - Finance. Their responsibilities included financial performance oversight, Lean Six Sigma process improvement, budget development, financial planning/forecasting, and financial reporting.

Earlier in their career, Hammonds served as the Chief Financial Officer at Florida Proton Therapy Institute, Senior Financial Analyst at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, Assistant Controller at Wellspring Resources, and Tax Analyst at CSX Transportation.
