Brandon Dillingham

Brandon Dillingham has extensive work experience in various roles. Brandon began their career in 2012 as a Patient Coordinator/Spine Care Scheduler at Laser Spine Institute. Over the years, they demonstrated their capabilities and was promoted to Senior Operations Manager and then Director of Administrative Services, where they were responsible for implementing and managing process improvements within Medical Intake, Scheduling, and Post Operative care. Brandon also identified and analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize throughput while maintaining patient experience.

In 2019, Brandon joined Physician Partners as a Senior Health Services Manager. Prior to that, they co-founded Lily Dilly Designs in 2013, a fashion jewelry brand. As a Co-Founder, they contributed to the brand's sales, business operations, and strategic planning, resulting in significant growth and distribution to over 100 storefronts domestically and internationally. Brandon'swork at Lily Dilly Designs helped double sales year over year from 2013 to 2016.

Brandon Dillingham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bryant University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
