Mike Shreves

Mike Shreves, MSHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, IPMA-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Physicians East, a leading multi-specialty medical practice in eastern North Carolina, since October 2022. Shreves has extensive experience in human resources management, having held HR Manager positions at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery (August 2019 - July 2021), Tyson Foods (August 2017 - 2019), and Smithfield Foods (August 2016 - August 2017). Prior to these roles, Shreves was the Human Resources Director at Pitt Community College from November 2012 to August 2016. Shreves holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Carolina University, an Employment Law Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organizational Development, and an Associate of Science in General Studies from the University of Mount Olive.
