Rachel Tabak Tran

Rachel Tabak Tran is an Residency Director of the Neuro-residency at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Health Care. She graduated from Northeastern University in 2010 and completed the Rancho Los Amigos/University of Southern California Neurologic Residency Program in 2012. Dr. Tran has taught neurologic rehabilitation at USC and at Azusa Pacific University. In 2015 she was the recipient of the Early Career Award from the Academy of Neurology of the APTA. She currently holds the position of Neuro Clinical Coordinator at Casa Colina’s Azusa Center and is a mentor in the Casa Colina Neurologic Residency Program. In her spare time, Dr. Tran loves cycling, hiking with her husband, and playing basketball.
