Lori Fierro, MBA

Lori Fierro, MBA has held a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2012, they began their career as a Project Manager at United Way of Greater Cincinnati. In 2015, they moved to Omnicare, a CVS Health company, where they worked as a Pharmacy Technology Analyst. There, they manipulated large data sets to generate reports and performed baseline analysis of prescription packaging/labeling for pharmacies at local, regional and corporate level. Lori also maintained a SharePoint site containing department standards, benchmark reports and policies and procedures. In 2016, Lori moved to Advanced Testing Laboratory as an Analyst. There, they performed research on platform and project-specific topics, managed strategic project initiatives resulting in successful delivery of assigned projects, and facilitated communication between the project stakeholders and technology team. In 2018, Lori joined Northfield Pro as a Project Manager. There, they provided a clear vision of the product to project teams, worked with the product owner to align team with the product vision and sprint goals, designed and implemented re-branding campaign differentiating the business from competitors, developed and implemented new internal processes resulting in increased efficiency and productivity, and championed new strategy resulting in an expansion into new markets. Finally, in 2019, Lori moved to Physna where they work as an Operations/Administration. Her responsibilities include gathering research and data collection for special projects ensuring delivery of targeted data, facilitating communication and the exchange of information between internal teams, demonstrating the ability to meet and enforce deadlines with competing priorities, and understanding of software skills such as business analysis and development.

Lori Fierro, MBA has a comprehensive education history. Lori obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix (Online) between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the same institution between 2010 and 2012. Lori also obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Psychology from University of Phoenix (Online) between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they have a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification obtained from the International Scrum Institute\u2122 in April 2019.
