Sahar Benjamin Amsterdam has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Structural Engineer at IAF - Israeli Air Force, where they were responsible for ensuring the availability and safety of the helicopters. They also managed cross-divisional projects and worked under limited budgets and tight schedules. From 2018 to 2021, Sahar served as a Fatigue Engineer at the same company, conducting analyses for design revisions and statistical risk assessments. They were familiar with strength and fatigue methodologies. In 2021, Sahar joined Philips as an R&D Project Manager, overseeing cross-functional projects related to spectral CT products. They were involved in features leading, plan formulation, and risk definition. They managed projects under strict regulatory standards and tight schedules and resources. Currently, Sahar works as a Research Engineer at Pi-Cardia since 2022.
Sahar Benjamin Amsterdam completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Sahar attended this institution from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they enrolled at Tel Aviv University in 2018 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Sahar is expected to complete their studies in 2023.
