Boorana Kraisorn

Boorana Kraisorn has a diverse and extensive work experience in technical roles. Starting in 2004, they worked at DST Systems as a Technical Consultant Team Leader, where they developed technical solutions, provided training, and managed a team. In 2010, they moved to Amadeus as a Customer Implementation Analyst, offering support and consultancy services to customers in the Asia-Pacific region. From 2011 to 2020, Boorana joined Refinitiv as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for ensuring the availability and resiliency of risk and transaction platforms. Subsequently, they worked at Bangkok Bank as the VP and Head of Site Reliability Engineering, establishing and leading a team of 10 to implement DevOps practices. Currently, Boorana is the Director of Platform Engineering at Pi Securities Public Company Limited, providing strategic leadership and vision for the platform engineering, DevOps, and NOC teams.

Boorana Kraisorn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Chulalongkorn University. Prior to that, Boorana completed a degree in Science in Industrial Education with a focus on Computer and Information Technology at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.
