Esha Rohila

Esha Rohila has a diverse work experience in various industries. Esha is currently working at PI Industries Ltd as the Lead for Performance and Talent Management. Prior to that, they worked at CarDekho as the HR Lead for Corporate Functions and Sales HR. In 2018, they held the position of Manager for Talent Management at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they were responsible for job evaluation and organizational redesign. Esha also implemented a talent-to-value intervention in India Sales. Esha's career began at Reliance Industries Limited, where they worked as a Manager in Talent Management.

Esha Rohila has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, obtained during the years 2013-2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a specialization in Financial and Investment Analysis from Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies, from 2009-2012. Esha also has a certification in International Position Evaluation (IPE) from Mercer.
