Lexi Simon

Lexi Simon is a dedicated marketing and human resource professional currently involved with the Pi Sigma Epsilon Marketing Committee at the University of Florida Eta Chapter, where collaboration with companies has led to hands-on experience in project management and client relations. With a strong background in leadership as the Human Resource Director for Kappa Alpha Theta (Delta Theta) and as a Retail Sales Manager for Shusha Boutique, Lexi has demonstrated expertise in enhancing organizational culture and managing teams effectively. Additional involvement includes serving as a Campus Representative for Greek House and participating in the Marketing and Events Committee of The Women's Network. Lexi is pursuing a degree at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, expected to graduate in May 2026.
