Kweli Washington

Kweli Washington serves as the Chief People Officer at Piano since September 2014, focusing on enhancing organizational growth, performance, and employee wellbeing. Previously held roles at Piano include COO and Global Director of Talent and Culture, where responsibilities involved talent recruitment and retention for company expansion. At the Cue Group, Kweli served as Founder and Managing Principal, leading a variety of consulting engagements for notable clients including the UNCF and NAACP. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Google and strategic positions at Summer Search and The Boston Consulting Group. Kweli's educational background includes an M.Phil. in International Development Studies from the University of Oxford and an AB in Social Studies and Anthropology from Harvard University.
