Scott Hendrick

Scott Hendrick is an experienced professional in operations and training, currently serving as a Site Development Trainer at Pick-n-Pull, a division of Schnitzer Steel Industries, since March 2016. In this role, Scott provides comprehensive training to Site Managers and personnel on site operations, emphasizing safety and environmental compliance. Previously, Scott held various positions at Pep Boys, including Regional Margin Control/Operations Specialist-Asset Protection, where coaching District Managers and improving store performance were key responsibilities. Scott’s extensive background includes managing substantial operations at Pizza Hut and Eastern Metro Express, as well as involvement in bankruptcy asset coordination for Eastern Metro Airline. Scott holds an Associate’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Southeastern Academy.
