Eon Vermaak

Eon Vermaak has extensive experience in procurement management, currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at Pick n Pay since February 2018, following roles as Procurement Manager and Analyst. Prior experience includes a procurement manager position at Quantum Foods Holdings Limited from October 2012 to January 2018, where Eon focused on managing key categories and driving cost savings through RFP and RFQ processes. Eon also held a procurement manager role at Pioneer Foods (Pty) Ltd from October 2007 to September 2012, overseeing central procurement for various resources in poultry meat production and previous experience as a cost accountant. Eon has earned multiple qualifications, including diplomas in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Supply Chain Management and other degrees from the University of South Africa.
