Victoria Jacobs

Victoria Jacobs is an experienced professional in product innovation and development, currently serving as the Innovation and Trends Manager at Pick n Pay since May 2018. In this role, Victoria has spearheaded product strategy initiatives and cross-business strategic launches. Previously, Victoria held positions such as Product Development Manager at Pick n Pay, Innovations, Development & Strategy Consultant at Vicky's Confectionery Co. Consulting, and Founder of Raw Earth, among others. Victoria has extensive experience in managing new product development across various categories, including health bars, and has worked with several FMCG companies to enhance product offerings. Victoria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from Stellenbosch University and has a strong foundation in both technical and strategic aspects of food product development.
