Jess is one of Australia’s best-connected leaders in sports and entertainment technology services. Currently Chief Operations Officer at Pickstar, the world’s fastest growing self-serve marketplace platform linking brands, fans, agencies, and businesses with talent, she is also CCO at sister brand, VLAST. As the leading ai, machined learned talent management platform, VLAST is utilised by some of sport’s biggest rights owners today, including the likes of the NFL, MLSE, and AFL.

Jess runs and manages all operations, people, and functional teams across the two businesses, globally, with reports in Australia, Europe, and North America.

She has a robust knowledge of global technology, sports, and entertainment markets, influencer marketing, and product and UX. A keen and well respected business leader, Jess has an entrepreneurial flair and a problem solving mindset which has helped her support the rapid growth of both brands over the last six years.
