Aditya Shah

Aditya Shah is an experienced operations and strategy leader with a diverse background across various industries. Currently, Aditya serves as a member of the Chief of Staff Network and Operators Guild, while previously holding the role of Chief of Staff at PicnicHealth, contributing to the company's strategic initiatives and product roadmap. Prior to PicnicHealth, Aditya was Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at AllStripes, overseeing company performance and leading an M&A process that culminated in an acquisition. Aditya has held key positions at Nova Pioneer as Chief Operating Officer, and at Instacart as General Manager, playing a pivotal role in expanding operations significantly. Also, Aditya co-founded Loose Button and EightyTwenty Group, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Aditya earned a B.A.Sc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
