Richard McLain

Richard McLain has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Richard is currently employed at Pico MES as a Software Engineering Manager. In their previous role at First American, Richard made significant improvements within the first two months, increasing project efficiency and team velocity by over 175%. Richard also coordinated cross-functional teams and established solid practices within the department.

Before that, Richard worked at Rightpoint as a Senior Consultant and Manager.
