Elton Pang

Elton Pang has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Elton is currently serving as the Information Security VP at Pico since May 2022, where they provide strategic leadership in GRC, cybersecurity, and technology risk management. In this role, Elton actively monitors cyber threat intelligence and oversees compliance with TRM policies and standards.

Prior to their current role, Elton worked as the APAC Head Service Operations VP at Pico from December 2018 to April 2022. In this position, they successfully built and led a high-performing team and promoted a culture of operational excellence.

Before joining Pico, Elton was the Co-Founder and CEO of the International Bicycle Film Festival Singapore (IBFFSG) from February 2015 to December 2019. In this role, they led a cultural not-for-profit organization committed to advocating the "Bicycle Movement" and creating a more bicycle-friendly Singapore.

Elton also held various positions at Arkadin, BT, and Credit Suisse. As the APAC Head Service Operations Director at Arkadin, they oversaw the daily IT operations and led customer and service operations teams. At BT, Elton served as the Global Network Service Improvement Lead, spearheading the Credit Suisse Network Operations Service Improvement Program. Elton also worked as the Deputy Head of Network Implementation at BT Global Services, where they managed network implementation projects.

Additionally, Elton worked at Credit Suisse as a Senior Security Network Engineer Team Lead, Assistant Vice President. In this role, they led critical network infrastructure security projects, managed third-party risk, and designed network solutions.

Overall, Elton Pang has proven expertise in information security, service operations, network implementation, and advocacy for bicycle-friendly initiatives.

Elton Pang completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Security from the University of West London in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from Murdoch University in 1999, with a double major in Information System and Telecommunication Management. Additionally, Elton has obtained several certifications, including Proofpoint Certified AI/ML Specialist 2023, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Data Privacy Practitioner, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), Certified Payment Security Practitioner, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC), Cyber Leadership Program, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Foundation, Third Party Risk Management, Certified Security Operations Center Practitioner, and completed Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age course from Harvard University.
