Dror Krichman

Dror Krichman currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for both Mishkei Hakibuzim and Picodya, beginning in April and November 2023, respectively. Since January 2017, Dror has been the Chairman of the Board of Finance & Businesses at Kibbutz Hatzerim, leading long-term financial strategies, budget planning, and overseeing the investment committee. Previous roles include Business Manager at Aqwind from May 2021 to November 2022, and Chairman at Netafim from August 2008 to January 2017. Dror's engineering background includes serving as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and Engineering Manager at Netafim and Netafim México among other positions. Dror holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
