Cynthia Bai

Cynthia joined Picus China in 2023 as HR and Office Manager. Located in Beijing, she takes care of running the office there as well as managing all HR-related topics. Prior to that, she worked for CICC as a HR manager to provide comprehensive support to the Investment Banking Division, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance review, etc. and worked as HR officer at KPMG in China.

Cynthia received her master’s degree in Human Resource Management form the University of Birmingham in the UK.
