Hiroshi Wada

Hiroshi Wada is an experienced business manager in the specialty materials and catalysts industry, currently working at Pacific Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) since February 2019, where responsibility includes sales of specialty alumina, zeolite, and rare earth materials in Japan. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Sales for APAC at Clariant Catalysts Japan K.K. from July 2017 to January 2019, overseeing catalyst sales across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asian countries, with a focus on hydrogenation and custom catalysts. Hiroshi held the same position at Clariant Catalysts (Japan) K.K. from January 2012 to June 2017, and prior roles at Sud-Chemie AG and Sud-Chemie Catalysts Japan Inc. involved sales management of various catalysts, including phthalic anhydride synthesis and environmental catalysts. Hiroshi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Synthesis of Organic Compounds from Okayama University, attained between 1983 and 1987.
