Deisy Garza has a diverse professional background with experience in sales, business development, logistics, and compliance. Deisy began their career in 2013 with Organización Soriana, where they worked as an Inmobiliaria Comercial, responsible for renting and selling commercial spaces, negotiating, and conducting market research and opening new markets. In 2016, they moved to Secomex | inhouse Fastenal Mx., where they worked as a Logistics and Compliance Operations. In 2017, they joined Regal Beloit Corporation as a Global Trade Compliance. In 2019, they joined DiDi, where they have held various roles, including Business Development Coordinator in Querétaro, Regional Sales Manager, and Business Development Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined PideDirecto (YC S21) as Head of Sales.

Deisy Garza completed their MBA in International Business from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona in 2019, having started their studies in 2018.
