Pradeep Nadi

Pradeep Nadi is a quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as an Executive in Quality at Pidilite Industries Limited since July 2020, where responsibilities include conducting repeatability and reproducibility tests for quality methods and managing an effective 5S culture in the laboratory. Prior to this role, Pradeep held the position of Senior Officer in Quality at Henkel Adhesives Industries Pvt. Ltd. from March 2018 to June 2020, focusing on the analysis and reporting of various materials and finished goods. Pradeep began the career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Henkel Adhesives Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., contributing to quality inputs for surface treatment chemicals. Pradeep holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Maharshi Dayanand College of Arts Science & Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Vivekananda Degree College of Arts Commerce and Science.
