David Samuels has over 16 years of experience in sales and customer engagement. David is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Pie Insurance. Prior to joining Pie Insurance, David was the Chief Customer Officer at SAP, responsible for leading and executing SAP's customer engagement at scale through the Customer Interaction Center and Virtual Engagement Practice. Before their time at SAP, David was the Senior Vice President of Global Client Development at SAP Concur, where they led SAP Concur's global customer engagement organization. David has also held various sales leadership positions at ServiceSource, where they were responsible for client portfolio P&L, driving sales to maximize revenue, retention and satisfaction of clients and the operational effectiveness of the Denver Sales Center. Under David's leadership, the Denver Sales Center produced over $1.5B in annual sales.
