Suze Allan

Suze Allan is an accomplished professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Pied à Terre Restaurant in London since February 2019, Suze has previously held key positions such as Operations Manager at L'anima Cafe and Restaurant Manager at Soho House Group. Additional experience includes managing operations at Pho Cafe and S&M Cafes, alongside a supervisory role at Manicomio.
