Mousche Afoema has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an Operator at Faziel. In 2013, they became a Student at TMIL. In 2015, they were appointed Chief Operations Officer at The-Share. Finally, in 2016, they became President of the Suriname Youth Ambassadors Chapter at PieData.

Mousche Afoema obtained a Monteur degree from STS 1 in Voertuigen between 2007 and 2015. Before that, they attended Coller Age from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Lynda.com and Spangcampus, including JavaScript Essential Training, Node.js First Look, WordPress Essential Training, Foundations of Programming: Fundamentals, HTML Essential Training, Projectmatig Werken, and Personal Development and ICT.
