Caroline Butler

Caroline Butler currently serves as the Youth and Family Coordinator at Piedmont Family YMCA, managing operations for various Youth and Family Programs, including Stay and Play and Parents’ Night Out. Previously, Caroline held the position of Membership Director, collaborating with the Marketing Director to enhance membership and supervising a team of part-time Membership Representatives. As Program Director, Caroline established Greene County’s inaugural YMCA After School Program, developing a comprehensive curriculum. Prior experience includes roles as Program Director of Youth Development Branch and Office Assistant/Site Supervisor at YMCA of NWNC, as well as a Naturalist at YMCA Camp Hanes. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports Science from Lees-McRae College.
