Angela Risk is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Piedmont Lithium Inc. since October 2021, Angela has held multiple roles including Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultant and Director of Financial Reporting at JELD-WEN, Inc. from October 2014 to October 2021, and as Director of External Reporting at Springs Global US, Inc. from July 2013 to September 2014. Angela began a career at KPMG Audit, advancing to Senior Manager before leaving in July 2013. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida State University, supplemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from the same institution.
