Laurie Garcia

Laurie Garcia is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager for Galleria Office Towers at Piedmont Office Realty Trust since October 2021, Laurie previously held the position of Senior General Manager at JLL from February 2020 to October 2021. Prior roles include Senior Property Manager at Billingsley Company, overseeing a dynamic mixed-use development in the Dallas Arts District, and Senior Property Manager at Lincoln Property Company, managing a 1.3 million square foot Class A office building in Downtown Dallas. Laurie’s career began at Cushman & Wakefield, managing mixed-use developments in California, and earlier experience includes serving as R.E. Accounting Manager at D.W. Development. Laurie holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Kirkwood Community College.
