Eugene Chang

Eugene Chang has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Chief Concierge at Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection since November 2015, after holding the position of Assistant Chief Concierge. Prior roles include Concierge at The Sydney Harbour Marriott and 3rd Year National Course Coordinator/Senior Hospitality Lecturer at the Australian Institute of Tourism & Hospitality. With additional experience as a Hospitality Lecturer at Chengdu University of Technology and Product Manager at MVP Medical, Eugene has a robust skill set in customer service and guest relations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Hospitality & Services Industries Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education and a Master of International Relations from Macquarie University, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration from Western Sydney University and a Management Traineeship in Hospitality Operations Management.
