Luke D. has a diverse background in the service industry and community engagement. Currently serving as a Server at The Pier Sixty Collection since April 2022, Luke previously worked as a Food Runner at Russo's On The Bay from July 2018 to November 2022, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. In addition to experience in hospitality, Luke participated as a Fellow in JPMorgan Chase's The Fellowship Initiative from June 2014 to June 2017, focusing on finance and personal development for young men of color. Luke also contributed as a Community Volunteer with New York Cares from October 2014 to May 2015. Academically, Luke earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from City Tech, CUNY, from 2017 to 2023, and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design at Alfred State College from 2017 to 2018.
