Michael Croke

Michael Croke has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael started their career at Motorola in 1989 as an Operations Controller, where they stayed until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Business Consulting Manager, overseeing implementation projects and participating in new business development opportunities. Michael then joined Nestle Waters in 2001 as a Finance Manager, responsible for financial oversight of the Northeast Division and 5 Gallon Retail/DSD business units. At Nestle Waters, they provided financial analysis, decision support, and leadership for various business initiatives. In 2013, they worked as a Finance Consultant at Johnson & Johnson - DePuy Synthes, providing finance support to the Research and Development organization. Michael then moved on to Omgeo the same year, where they served as a Finance Business Partner, supporting a new development project by developing reporting packages, managing the expense budgeting, and forecasting performance. In 2014, they joined Pierce Aluminum as the Vice President of Finance, where they oversaw all finance, accounting, reporting, inventory, and purchasing activities, managed various departments, and supported financial close and audits. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated a strong finance background, expertise in budgeting and forecasting, and excellent business partnering skills.
