Frederica Mathieu

Frederica Mathieu has a diverse range of work experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Frederica is currently the Head of Quality at Pierre Fabre Group, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of QC at the same company from September 2018 to January 2022. Before joining Pierre Fabre Group, Frederica served as the Laboratories Director at Alban Muller International from April 2016 to August 2018. Frederica also held the role of Analytical Development and Quality Control Head at SYNERLAB DEVELOPPEMENT from November 2012 to April 2016, and at IDD-Tech from February 2010 to November 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at Novartis as a Projects leader/Lab Head from August 2006 to February 2010, and at Laboratoires 3M Santé as an R&D group leader from August 2000 to August 2006.

Frederica Mathieu holds a Two-years University degree in Sciences from the Université de Corse Pascal Paoli, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Frederica later pursued a degree in Chemistry, earning an Ingénieur INSA qualification from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen, which they completed from 1996 to 1999. Frederica has also obtained additional certifications including Work Rescuer from Croix-Rouge française in 2013, Internal & External Auditor from Formation interne in 2012, and Green Belt Six Sigma from 3M in 2002.
