Frederique Gauchet

Frederique Gauchet has extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Frederique currently holds the position of Talent Management Director at Pierre Fabre Group, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Talent Management Deputy Director at Groupe Keolis from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for defining and implementing the talent management strategy for the company, as well as coordinating and leading the HR Talent community. Before that, Frederique held the position of Senior HRBP - Talent Management international at Groupe Keolis in 2020, where they were responsible for career management and staffing, as well as leading HR projects. Earlier in their career, Frederique worked at Carrefour Management as the HR Development Director in the International area, the Country HR Director, and the HR Development Director in Europe & Growth Markets. Frederique also has experience working at CARREFOUR GLOBAL SOURCING LTD as a Regional HR Manager and at CARREFOUR MARCHANDISES INTERNATIONALES as a Human Resources Development Manager. Frederique's career began at CENTRALE INTERNATIONALE MARCHANDISES - PROMODES, where they held the position of Junior Category Manager.

Frederique Gauchet holds a Master's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Business Management from Université Paris Nanterre. In 2019, Frederique obtained a Master of Business Coaching degree from INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK, specializing in coaching. Prior to that, in 2018-2019, Frederique completed a Coaching Fundamentals program at INTERNATIONAL MOZAIK. Additional certifications include the EFSET Quick English Check with an Advanced/Proficient score and the MOOC DIGITAL RH from Unow, obtained in March 2017.
