Rominna Laraia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Rominna started their career at L'Oréal in 2003 and 2004 as a Summer Intern in Sales MDP for Lancôme USA. Rominna then held various positions at L'Oréal, including roles in sales analysis, sales development, and marketing for different brands such as Lancôme, Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Kérastase Paris, and Shu Uemura Art of Hair. Rominna eventually became an Assistant Vice President of Marketing for SkinCeuticals at L'Oréal before joining the Pierre Fabre Group in 2023 as the Vice President of Professional Marketing & Activation for Avene Skincare & Rene Furterer Haircare. Throughout their career, Rominna has gained valuable experience and expertise in marketing and sales within the beauty industry.
Rominna Laraia received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish and Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in 2005. Rominna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Management from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, completing it in 2013. During their undergraduate studies, Rominna also participated in a junior year abroad program at Universidad de Sevilla in 2003-2004. Prior to their university education, they attended Our Lady of Mercy Academy from 1997 to 2001.
