Ismael El-Amin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an IT Consultant and ETL Architect at Southwest Airlines, where they were responsible for managing and coordinating ETL development activities.
In 2010, Ismael joined the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where they held multiple positions. From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Senior ETL Solution Architect, specializing in the Inter-Plan Data Solution (IPDS) and the Plan Partner Data Warehouse (PPDW). Ismael was responsible for researching and preparing reports for higher management, collaborating with business stakeholders for system enhancements and defect resolutions, and managing and coordinating ETL development activities. Ismael also improved transparency between technical issues and management.
From 2015 to 2023, Ismael worked as a Solution Architect, providing guidance for customer relationships and developing and socializing the scope of each engagement. Ismael managed complex business relationships, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams from ideation to implementation.
