Elizabeth Ahearn

Elizabeth Ahearn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development. Currently serving as the New England Regional Training Manager at Pike Industries since July 2023, Elizabeth previously held the position of Director of Training & Development at Randstad Technologies US from June 2008 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading a comprehensive leadership training program and collaborating with executive management to develop learning solutions. Elizabeth also served as Recruiting Director, managing teams of recruiters both in the US and offshore, and successfully trained multiple award-winning producers. Earlier in their career, as a Technical Recruiter, Elizabeth placed over 100 candidates in various roles. Elizabeth Ahearn holds a degree from Saint Michael's College, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
