Denise Weger

Denise Weger is a seasoned professional in corporate sustainability with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Sustainability at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd since April 2024, Denise previously held the position of Head of Corporate Sustainability at CSS from September 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing a CSR Board, developing sustainability strategies, and initiating sustainability reporting in accordance with Swiss regulations and GRI guidelines. Denise's career also includes significant roles at Novartis, encompassing Senior Manager for ESG Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Responsibility Manager, where impactful stakeholder engagement and operational excellence were emphasized. Denise began the professional journey as a Student Assistant at HSG Alumni, demonstrating early capabilities in project management and data analysis. An accomplished academic, Denise holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St.Gallen and an Executive MBA from IMD, alongside various other management courses.
