Rusty C. has over 20 years of work experience in the IT field. Rusty began their career in 1999 at Business Communications Inc. as a Customer Engineer and Systems Engineer, where they coded and implemented internal websites, desktops, printers, laptops, Linux/Windows servers, and network infrastructure equipment. In 2006, they joined Reznick Group as a Manager, Senior Systems Admin, Software Development, IT Consultant & Network Security Auditor. At Reznick, they managed a team of up to four techs, assisted and conducted multiple technology audits, and learned valuable management techniques. In 2009, they became the Owner of Ideal Technologies LLC, where they provided desktop, laptop, server, and printer support in Mac, Windows, Linux, and Unix environments. Rusty also provided customer service, billing, and sales. From 2012 to 2017, Rusty worked as the Information Technology Director & Tier 3 Support at Rankin County Board of Supervisors. Rusty managed a seven-person IT team, oversaw a 24/7 data center, and provided tier 3 server and network support and installation. Rusty also managed office 365 administration, exchange 2010 administration, VMWARE server/horizon view administration, citrix xendesktop/xenserver administration, and more. In 2015, they joined Skyrocket Radio as a Developer.

Rusty C. has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Rusty also has a number of certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (obtained in February 2020), Sonicwall SNSA and SNSP (obtained in December 2019), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (obtained in November 2019), CCNA (obtained in April 2004), A+, E License, JAMF Certified Associate, LPIC-1, Linux+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator: Data Engineering with Azure, PMP, Project+, Security+, Server+, U10/U12 Soccer, and U6/U8 Soccer.
