Sarah Horsfield

Sarah Horsfield currently serves as a Customer Compliance Manager at Pilgrim's UK, a role held since July 2015, after advancing through various positions including Senior Compliance Fields Person and Supply Chain Fields Person. Prior to Pilgrim's UK, Sarah gained experience as an Assistant at StonesThrow Food Co. and as a Grain Sampler at Openfield Agriculture Ltd. Early career experience includes working as a Checkout Assistant at Waitrose. Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) in Agri-Food Marketing with Business Studies from Harper Adams University, completed in 2015, following education at Sudbury Upper School.
