Anirudh Likhite

Anirudh Likhite has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Anirudh is currently working as the VP of Supply Chain & Procurement at Pilgrim since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Nykaa from 2021 to 2023, where they served as the AVP of Supply Chain, leading the supply chain team and strategy for various businesses. Anirudh was responsible for setting up warehouses, developing warehouse optimization systems, and managing forecasting and order fulfillment for over 10k SKUs across multiple channels.

Before joining Nykaa, Anirudh worked at L'Oréal in various planning and supply chain roles from 2013 to 2021. Anirudh'sresponsibilities included demand and supply planning, inventory management, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Anirudh also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at John Deere from 2008 to 2011. Anirudh completed their PGDM (MBA) from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2013.

Anirudh Likhite obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University. Anirudh completed their undergraduate studies from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, Anirudh attended Loyola High School in Pune, India, where they obtained their HSC and SSC degrees. During their time at Loyola High School, they studied a wide range of subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Social Sciences, Geology, English, Marathi, Hindi, and German. Anirudh further pursued their education by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Manufacturing & Operations Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2011 to 2013.
