Morgan Leigh

Morgan Leigh, M.S., possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety within the food production industry. Currently serving as the Director Of Quality Assurance at Pilgrim's since September 2017, Morgan directs the quality control program and maintains compliance with USDA FSIS standards. Previous roles include Production Planning Analyst at JBS, where responsibilities included coordinating food safety programs, and Research Farm Manager and Research Laboratory Technician at the University of Missouri, focusing on diet formulations and laboratory tests for poultry trials. Morgan holds a Master's degree in Monogastric Nutrition and Poultry Production and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
