Russell Layberry

Russell Layberry is the Chief Science Officer and Co-Founder of Pilio, a position held since March 2010. Prior to this role, Russell served as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Oxford from October 2004 to October 2021, focusing on modeling energy use in buildings and building energy management. Russell holds a PhD in Plasma Physics from Aston University, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The University of Sheffield, and a Master of Science in Exploration Geophysics from the University of Birmingham.
