Miguel Ocampo

Miguel Ocampo has extensive experience in the contact center and business development sectors. Currently serving as Board President and Board Trustee of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines since December 2014, Miguel has been with PILIPINAS TELESERV INC. since March 2003, holding the positions of Head of Administrative Support Services and Head of Business Development. Miguel Ocampo earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management from De La Salle University between 1979 and 1983.
