Gabor Szollosi

Gabor Szollosi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gabor is currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure and Integrations at Pillér Kft. since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Expert at Pillér Kft. and an Oracle expert at the Infrastructure Expert Division. Gabor also has experience as the Founder and CEO of Localnet Systems Ltd, a role they have held since March 2006. Gabor has also served as an Oracle Database Expert at Pillér Pénzügyi és Számítástechnikai Kft. and as a Lead Oracle Database / UNIX Systems Administrator at Pillér Kft / National Tax and Customs Administration. In addition, they have worked as a Lecturer at Dennis Gabor College and as a Network Administrator at the Central Organization of Inland Waters and Control Public Utility Company.

Gabor Szollosi has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their career. In 2006, they attended Oktav and obtained a Systems Engineer degree, where they focused on Windows-Linux server operating systems and programming. The following year, Gabor enrolled at Component Soft and completed a degree in Advanced System Administration, Network Administration, and Security Administration for the Solaris 10, certified by Sun Microsystems. In 2008, they began studying Engineering Management at Óbuda University and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science degree.

Gabor's interest in database administration led him to enroll in several courses. In 2011, they attended NetAcademia and gained expertise in CEH: Certified Ethical Hacking. Gabor further expanded their knowledge by attending Oracle Database 11g: Administration Workshop I-II at Training360 in 2013. Gabor continued to enhance their skills in Oracle Database Administration by enrolling in Oracle University in 2015, focusing on the Oracle Database 12c New Features for Administrators Ed 2.

Apart from database administration, Gabor also delved into security specialization. In 2015, they completed the ECSS - EC-Council Certified Security Specialist program at NetAcademia. Additionally, they attended Training360 in the same year to gain knowledge in dimensional modeling, data warehouse technologies, and big data analysis.

Looking to sharpen their expertise in server administration, Gabor attended Training360 again in 2014. Gabor focused on Oracle Weblogic Server 11g Administration, further solidifying their skills in this area.
