Ethan Neal

Ethan Neal currently serves as the Director of Partner Operations at Second Harvest Heartland, beginning in February 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with food shelf partners to implement best practices and pursue upstream solutions to combat hunger. Additionally, Ethan has been the Food Systems Manager at Pillsbury United Communities since May 2011, overseeing a nonprofit food system that serves over 7,000 families and provides daily meals to nearly 200 individuals, while also managing multiple farm sites. Previous roles include Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional and Case Manager, focusing on client goal management and report writing, as well as Director of Food Systems, leading teams to address food insecurity through innovative solutions. Educational credentials include a Certified Professional Project Manager certification from the University of St. Thomas and a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Minnesota.
