Lisa Kellar Gianakos

Lisa Kellar Gianakos has extensive work experience in knowledge management, technology, and legal program management. Lisa started their career as a Legal Technology Consultant at Potomac Consulting Group in 1993 and then worked as an Intranet Manager/Web Master at Hogan Lovells from 1998 to 2000. Lisa then joined Project Performance Corporation as a Legal Program Manager from 2000 to 2002 before becoming the Director of Knowledge Management at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in 2002. From 2003 to 2008, Lisa worked as a Senior Practice Consultant at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. Lisa then moved to Reed Smith LLP and held the position of Director of Knowledge Management from 2008 to 2011. Lisa currently works at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where they have held the roles of Director of Knowledge Management from 2011 to 2017, and currently serves as the Director of Pricing & Practice Solutions. Lisa'sresponsibilities at Pillsbury include overseeing knowledge management initiatives, managing technology systems, and leading a team of 15 people.

Lisa Kellar Gianakos, ALPM holds a Master's degree in Information Systems with a focus on Knowledge Management from American University, which they earned from 1998 to 2000. Lisa also completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications (Adv. & PR) with a minor in Business Administration from Ithaca College from 1985 to 1989. Lisa graduated from Ward Melville High School in 1985. In addition to their formal education, Lisa has obtained various certifications related to the legal field, including the Accredited Legal Project Manager (ALPM) certification from the True Value Partnering Institute in 2020. Lisa also holds certifications in Modern Law Practice, Legal Pricing Masterclass, and Lean Six Sigma - White Belt.
