Rachael Gaines Ramon

Rachael Gaines Ramon is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. At Pilot Corporation of America since June 2009, Rachael has advanced through various roles, currently serving as Vice President of Sales, where leadership of a diverse team focuses on strategic sales initiatives for market-leading brands. Previous positions include Director of Sales in Mass Market and Ecommerce, and Director of Trade Marketing, both of which involved developing and executing strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience at Dixon Ticonderoga as Director of Marketing, North America, underscored Rachael's ability to maximize brand value and drive revenue growth across multiple channels.
