Bizhan Said

Bizhan Said has extensive work experience in HR operations and shared services. From 2023 onwards, they have been serving as the Director of HR Operations and Shared Services at Pilot Flying J. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they held the position of Director of HR Shared Service Delivery at the same company. Before joining Pilot Flying J, they worked at Albemarle Corporation as the Vice President of Global HR Operations from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Vice President of HR Operations Leader at Wells Fargo, and prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they held the position of Vice President of Benefits Operations Leader at the same company. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership roles at Scripps Networks Interactive, including Vice President of Global HR Operations from 2015 to 2016 and Director of Global HR Operations from 2010 to 2015. Bizhan has also worked as the Practice Leader of Health & Welfare Benefits Administration at TRI-AD from 2005 to 2010 and held multiple positions at Watson Wyatt, including Office Practice Leader, Senior HR Technology Consultant, and Project Manager from 1987 to 2005.

Bizhan Said completed the Corporate Leadership Executive Program at Harvard Business School in 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Computer Sciences from Hofstra University, completing their studies in 1987. Bizhan has also obtained certifications in various areas such as Human Resource Information Management, Global Payroll Management, PeopleSoft HR, and Workday.
