Zach Neal

Zachary Neal has a diverse work experience in the corporate development and finance industry. Zachary is currently working at Pilot Water Solutions as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, where they lead a cross-functional team in sales, land, M&A, and investment underwriting functions for a national water infrastructure platform. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at the same company, where they recruited and developed a successful team to secure profitable new investments and developed investment, operational, and pricing analysis procedures.

Before joining Pilot Water Solutions, Zachary worked at Expedition Water Solutions as the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer. During their time there, they played a crucial role in sourcing, diligencing, and negotiating a merger that significantly increased the company's scale and commercial viability. Zachary also closed three bolt-on acquisitions to consolidate their position and developed the necessary processes and team for profitable growth.

Previously, Zachary worked at Sterling Energy Investments LLC as a Strategic Planning and Corporate Development Manager. In this role, they structured and analyzed capital investment opportunities and successfully managed a profitable water pipeline project from concept to completion.

Zachary also gained experience as a Financial Analyst at Teilinger Capital and worked at Morgan Stanley as an Associate in Private Equity and in Investment Banking.

Zachary Neal completed the General Management Program at The Wharton School from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Zachary obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Furthermore, Zachary also obtained a certification in Leading Organizational Change from Wharton Executive Education in 2023.
