Nicole Thomas is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and community health. Currently serving as a Community Education Specialist at Pima Council On Aging since May 2021, Nicole focuses on creating dementia-friendly environments through educational sessions and caregiver support. Concurrently, an instructor at Pima Medical Institute, Nicole has designed and teaches a Spanish for Medical Professionals course. Previous roles include teaching science in the Tucson Unified School District, coaching at Rose Management Group to support at-risk students, and working as a lead medical technician at Banner - University Medical Center, where training and customer service were key responsibilities. Nicole holds a Master of Education in Bilingual and Multilingual Education and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University, alongside an Associate of Science in Business Administration.
